What we collect
When you text or call, we get your number and whatever you tell us about the car. The booking page builds a text message on your own phone. Nothing is sent until you press send in your messages app.
This site doesn’t set tracking cookies or run ad pixels. The booking page saves your unfinished booking in your own browser so you don’t lose it. It never leaves your device unless you send it.
How we use it
Only to quote, schedule and do the job, and to follow up on it. We don’t sell or share your information.
Estimates
You get a written estimate before work begins. Under the Minnesota Truth in Repairs Act, the final bill won’t run more than 10% over it without your OK. If we find something else once we start, we stop and text you first.
Warranty
30-day warranty on our work. If a part we installed fails or the fix doesn’t hold within 30 days, we come back and redo it without charging labor twice.
Parts and payment
Bring your own (no markup) or we source at cost + 25%. Parts we buy are paid up front. Labor is paid when the work is done, by cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
